Welcome to Bettie. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Bettie ("Bettie," "we," or "us"). By creating an account or using gobettie.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Bettie is a game, not gambling

Bettie is a free, play-money prediction game made for entertainment. You use virtual "points" to weigh in on the outcome of questions. Points are not money: they have no cash or monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, redeemed, withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash, prizes, or anything of value, and exist only inside the Service. Nothing on Bettie is a wager for real money, a financial product, or investment advice. We may create, grant, adjust, or reset points at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. By using Bettie you represent that you are 18 or older. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18.

3. Your account

Please provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Keep it to one account per person, and don't create multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or referrals.

4. How play works

Questions resolve based on real-world outcomes. We resolve questions in good faith using sources we consider reliable, and our resolution decisions are final. Odds, balances, streaks, and results are part of the game and may be adjusted to correct errors or abuse. We don't guarantee that any question, feature, or your points will always be available.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate outcomes, use bots or scrape the Service, harass or abuse others, post illegal, hateful, or infringing content, or interfere with the Service's operation.

6. Content you post

You're responsible for comments and other content you submit. You keep ownership of it, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use it to operate the Service. We may moderate, edit, or remove content, and may remove accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time, including for violations of these Terms. You can stop using Bettie and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any question will resolve the way you expect.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bettie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of points, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Because Bettie involves no real money, points carry no monetary value and their loss carries no monetary damages.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
